The table below shows the shipping costs for our Nappies:

City-Link Express is our preferred courier and will be the default choice for most postcodes.

For postcodes that are not serviced by City-Link Express, the courier will be DHL and the shipping costs will be calculated by weight.

In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 4 working days. Once we receive confirmation of your payment, we will process your order within 2 working days then pass the package to our courier for delivery. Our courier normally completes the delivery within 2 working days.

Regretfully, goods sold are non-refundable.

If you encounter any quality defect issues with our products, please contact us immediately and provide full details of the defects including:

1. Detailed description

2. Relevant photos

3. Order ID number

4. Your contact details

We take the quality of our products very seriously and will carefully handle each quality defect issue on a case-by-case basis. Rest assured, we will address any issues with the utmost compassion and professionalism.

We aim to give you our first response within 1 working day and maintain frequent communication afterwards until the issue is resolved.

The total time required to resolve your issue will vary from case to case depending on the severity of the issue.

Technically, our diapers are designed to last up to 6 hours. However, we encourage you to change your baby's diapers every 2-4 hours for hygiene purposes.

Yes! Our diapers are super soft to touch, fit snugly yet comfortably with our stretchable waistband, and are made with breathable materials to allow ventilation and thus minimise irritation to your baby’s skin. If you would like to touch and feel our diapers, order a trial pack now.

Our diapers are proudly made in Malaysia by our manufacturing partner according to our customised specifications. Our manufacturing partner is among the most established and experienced diaper factories in Malaysia with a track record of more than 2 decades.

To select our manufacturing partner, we spent more than a year carefully researching multiple diaper factories. We held lengthy discussions, conducted factory visits to do our due diligence, and tested many samples with real parents and their babies.

There’s no catch! What you see is what you get! To achieve our mission of reducing the cost of living, we have engineered our entire business to reduce our costs that are unrelated to actual product quality so that we can pass the savings onto you in the form of lower prices.

Yes, 3 years from the manufacturing date (printed on the bottom of each pack) if the pack is sealed and stored under optimal conditions (away from direct sunlight in a cool and dry place). Once the pack is opened, continue storing it under optimal conditions and use up the diapers as soon as possible to preserve the quality of each piece.

Nappies by The Manja Company are made with non-woven, paper, pulp, Super Absorbent Polymer, polyethylene, non-woven polypropylene, hook tape, synthetic rubber, and hotmelt adhesive.

Each trial pack contains 3 pieces of a single size that you select when ordering the trial pack.

We offer Delivery (shipping fees apply) and Self Pickup from one of our stocking locations (Petaling Jaya and Putrajaya).

Each trial pack is priced at RM3.00 (excluding any shipping costs).

If you would like your trial pack delivered to you, the shipping costs are to be borne by you.
